Midway Services does not divulge any of your personal information to any external entity, company, or person for any purpose other than fulfilling your purchase and/or service.

Midway Services does not cross-sell, and we do not sell our customer list.

Credit cards

Some Midway Services pages may request credit card information.   Your credit card numbers are not stored.   Once confirmation has been established, your order is completed without further usage of your credit card number.

You will note that when you are on a Midway Services page requiring credit card information, the letters 'https' will be at the left of the address field in your browser.   This is your guarantee that you are on a secure site.

We strongly encourage you to refrain from entering your credit card information in any company's website that is not secure.

In order to fulfill your online purchases, Midway Services uses external companies which authenticate your credit card and provide us with a confirmation.  These companies are carefully screened by us to guarantee your protection.

Children

Midway Services does not knowingly gather information from minors (children under age 18).   We refuse to sell products to minors, and do not target any marketing or sales efforts to minors.

3rd Parties

In order to provide you with products and services, Midway Services works with other companies. 

Opt-in

Midway Services does not believe in 'opting-out', which is the practice of forcing you to clear checkboxes on our site to indicate that you do not wish further contact, or wish us to keep your personal information.

In the event that we wish to save your personal information, for marketing purposes, etc., we will ask you to make a positive selection, such as clicking on a checkbox.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

When changes are made to this Privacy Statement they will be published immediately.  The Revision Date will be updated to accurately reflect the time of change.
